A luxurious modern and contemporary open plan home that offers guests the ultimate coastal getaway.
Designed with entertaining in mind, this open plan home has high ceilings and superior finishes throughout. Retractable glass doors open onto a covered outdoor patio and bar area with two fridges, an ice machine, built-in braai & Weber. Relax with a drink on the pool’s martini step and soak up the sun or take in the beautiful sunset views. Keep kids entertained with a level garden and a separate pyjama lounge downstairs. Generous seating is available at the ten-seater dining table, kitchen island and bar. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two being en suite, and two private en suite bedrooms downstairs, sleeping up to 10 persons. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the four main bedrooms are also air-conditioned.
For the cooler days, keep warm with underfloor heating and heated towel rails in all bathrooms and a wood burning fireplace in the living area. Appliances include an oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer & Nespresso coffee machine. WiFi & Netflix is provided, and DSTV Now is available for guests to login to their own account. The villa is equipped with an inverter to keep the lights, fridge, freezer, WiFi and TV's on in the event of load shedding or power cuts. A camp cot, high chair and pool net is available on request, and there are no baby gates on the three staircases on the property. There is an enclosed double garage and on-site parking, and for your peace of mind, the house is fully alarmed with armed response by Smhart Alarms. *Please note*: Our images are a bit outdated. Our garden has grown in and we have made lovely additions to the villa such as wall art, rugs and a pool umbrella!
