With seven spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, seven beautifully appointed bathrooms and two TV lounges, there is ample room for family and friends to relax and unwind. King size beds are located in the two master bedrooms, whilst the remaining five bedrooms have queen size beds, one room having two queen beds. The property boasts a large pool, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a refreshing dip on the martini step with a glass of bubbly in hand. The rooftop deck offers stunning views of the bay, as well as the Robberg Nature Reserve Peninsula. Relax and unwind in the jacuzzi with friends and family, taking in the breathtaking summer sunsets from the rooftop. The entertainment area is a true highlight, equipped with a built in gas and charcoal braai, charcoal Weber, fully equipped bar, bar fridges, ice machine and comfortable seating, providing endless opportunities for fun and relaxation.
For the cooler days, the home is equipped with underfloor heating and heated towel rails in all bathrooms and a wood burning fireplace in the lounge. Appliances include two ovens, two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer & Nespresso coffee machine.
