Het huis staat in een beveiligde (kleine) estate. Het huis is in 2024 gebouwd, de inrichting is modern/europees. We hebben 5 verschillende terrassen waar je altijd in of uit de zon kunt zitten! Ons dakterras is de verrassing van het huis! Het uitzicht is prachtig vanuit iedere ruimte in het huis kijkt u op Outeniqua bergen, ook bekend als het Tsitsikamapark. Wat het huis uniek maakt is dat het 2 verdiepingen heeft met op iedere verdieping een woonkamer, keuken en slaapkamers. Ideaal wanneer je met een grote groep bent. Op de derde verdieping bevindt zich het dakterras, waar u een 360 graden uitzicht heeft op de Indische oceaan, de Keurboomsrivier en de bergen!
Met de auto sta je binnen 5 minuten op het strand, in het dorp of bij meerdere grote supermarkten.
