Occupying the top entrance level is the sea-facing living space with lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. These all open onto the balcony with seating arrangements, hanging chair and full views. There is a bedroom, en-suite with shower, on this level with the same views.
On the lower level are two additional bedrooms, both en-suite with bath and shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Both rooms have sliding doors opening onto private balconies with tranquil forest and partial sea views. There is a double sleeper couch in the landing between these rooms.
Additional house features include a Smart flatscreen TV with full package DStv, an indoor fireplace, a scullery with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer as well as a portable gas BBQ/braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including gas stove top, electric oven and built-in microwave.
The double automated garage houses a pool table, ping-pong table plus darts and has direct access into the scullery. There is an alarm with armed response and uncapped wifi throughout.
Part of the Constantia Kloof conservancy, relax to the sound of the birds as well as that of the ocean.
