Beautifully renovated old 60`s home on the top of the hill with picture postcard views across the Knysna lagoon to the Heads and beyond. Stunning infinity pool and deck surrounded by a fully fenced, indigenous garden.
The house comprises of: A spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a fire place and sliding doors opening onto the north and south decks with mobile outdoor BBQ. Dining area has a stunning custom made 8 seater Oak wood table with Stinkwood chairs. Kitchen with Hard Pear counters, fully equipped with all mod cons including a gas hob with electric oven, microwave, family size freezer and a dishwasher. Lounge has a big TV with Netflix and DSTV not to miss any sport along with nice fast uncapped internet. There is also a laundry attached to the garage on request.
No load shedding here. 5 Kw Solar system recently installed to keep essentials on. (uninterrupted power supply)
