Six chalets sit at the water's edge of the Knysna River, each with its own terrace or balcony that puts the lagoon system directly in front of you. Interiors are finished to a comfortable standard, with private bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens throughout. Noetzie, with its castle ruins and sheltered cove, is roughly seven and a half kilometres out and worth the drive. Knysna's waterfront restaurants, the Heads, and the ferry to Featherbed Nature Reserve are all accessible within a short drive. Plettenberg Bay is about twenty-five kilometres along the N2 — close enough for a day trip, far enough to feel like a separate destination entirely.
