This well appointed villa with relaxed, yet stylish décor, offers the ultimate holiday experience. Built on multi-levels with stunning views on each level, it offers different entertainment areas and terraces, perfect for a large family or groups. The upstairs and downstairs entertainment areas, are both equipped with a Smart TV, and the respective terraces each has its own dining and seating area. The villa has lots to do for guests, including a pool, pool table and 3 barbeque facilities.
The Villa is situated in a gated community with mostly permanent residents. The Estate Rule are that quiet times between 10PM and 8Am are to be adhered to, and that the rights of neighbours to peace and quiet should be respected at all times.
