Spacious. Ground floor house (no stairs) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (baths and showers) that comfortably sleeps 8. It has an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The open plan living areas are tiled. 3 bedrooms have modern vinyl flooring. The fourth bedroom has carpets. There is an indoor fireplace. The covered patio has a Weber for braais and opens out onto beautiful lawns. The outdoor area is away from the estate roads and is therefore more private. The unit is spotlessly clean and well equipped with DSTV (no need to bring your own card), radio, iron, fridge, microwave, dish-washer, kettle and other essential kit. On-site cleaning maids can be hired by the day if needed. The house has a single garage. There is also safe parking space in front of the house.
Full use of the house and all the amenities of the estate.
Access estate via sign in at main gate by the booms.
Nature walks within minutes e.g. Robberg Nature Reserve.
Wild Waters Adventure Park is a 5 minute walk away, with a water slide, playground, putt putt for the children and a 25m pool and gym.
