The master bedroom has jacuzzi spa bath // lower level is another bedroom with garden views. Living areas are on lower level: lounge with indoor fireplace and piano, dining room, TV room (smart TV) and fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and dishwasher. Outside laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Uncapped wifi. Outdoors: built-in braai with outdoor dining table, outdoor shower plus swimming pool with full sea views. Lovely landscaped gardens. Direct access to the beach. Alarm with armed response. Outside CCV cameras. Office desk upstairs.
