Bayview Manor is a stunning roof top apartment situated in Mossel Bay central, with wonderful ocean and mountain view’s for the best holiday feel and is less than 1 km from The Point Beach. 2-Bedrooms (main room sea facing, 2nd facing the complex passage), 2 bathrooms and a built-in barbecue on the patio, where guests can head outside to enjoy the apartment's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax.
The apartment is in a secure 12 unit complex with ONE secure undercover parking (unfortunately, there is no space for trailers or caravans) and lift access to the unit on the 4th floor. Within a 2-minute walk to Marsh Street, with access to numerous restaurants and shops, a few minutes walk to the beach and the Bartolomeu Dias Museum Complex is less than 1 km from the apartment. If you enjoy game viewing, Botlierskop Private Game Reserve is 24 km away.
The Space:
As one drives through the gated parking area, there is a lift going directly to the apartment entrance on the 4th floor. The living area includes a kitchen, lounge and outdoor patio area with a built-in barbecue (wood or charcoal). The main bedroom overlooks the bay and ocean, offering a queen size bed and a bathroom with a toilet and bath. The 2nd bedroom runs parallel to the complex passage (no ocean view) and includes two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Everyone is on one level, making this a step free option, ideal for wheelchair access.
Other things to note:
Main bedroom overlooks the ocean and bay. 2nd bedroom has no sea view.
