Upstairs, the main ensuite bedroom features a king-size bed, shower bathroom, and sweeping canal views. The sunny second bedroom with a queen bed offers ample cupboard space, while the loft bedroom, reached via a ladder-style staircase, includes two single beds plus a desk and chair. Guests in the second bedroom and loft share a full bathroom with bath, basin, and toilet.
The ground floor flows seamlessly between the open-plan lounge and kitchen. Comfortable couches, a large flat-screen TV, and bold paintings set the tone for relaxation, while sliding doors open onto a private canal-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy sundowners, fire up the gas BBQ, or share dinner at the outdoor table while boats drift by. A staircase leads directly to the private jetty (Jetty can be rented for boat use - please ask and reserve beforehand) — perfect for launching the canoe, tying up a rented boat, or simply sitting by the water.
