Loadshedding: There is a small invertor at the property to keep the wi-fi, television and light going while there is no electricity. The stove has gas, plus all the bedside lights work during loadshedding. Wood burning BBQ and fireplace.
The property is on a deep water channel which makes it special, the sunsets over the water are very special. The house has a good flow with open plan living opening out onto the water so good indoor/outdoor living feel. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a super holiday. Thesen island is a very sort after holiday destination, centrally situated and offers the following: tennis courts, squash courts, children's play area, beach, maze, mini golf. Thesen Harbour Town is a short walk and has very good restaurants and boutique shops. The famous ile de pain is in Thesen Harbour Town and is fantastic for bakes and breakfast/lunch. Thesen is a very safe area with access control and 24 hour guards and ccv cameras. A truly special holiday house for you to enjoy
