It reads as a solid solo or couples base: unfussy, recently updated, and oriented toward the water in a town that tends to get overlooked in favour of its busier neighbours.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio suite with a spectacular sea-view. It is centrally located between George & Mossel Bay, in the quaint Seaside town of Grootbrak. Only 4km from the beach, it's a haven with a private entrance from where you can explore the holiday hub of the Garden Route.
This studio suite is attached to the main house, but has it's own entrance from the enclosed front garden, through a sliding door. The suite is private and has a spectacular sea view, whilst also receiving the warm Northern sunlight.
The bed is positioned such that you can drink in the sea-view whilst enjoying your coffee in bed. The double bed sleeps 2 adults.
The living area comprises a dining table with four comfortable charis and a sleeper couch, which is suitable for 2 young children.
There is ample closet space where you can either unpack your clothes, or live out of your suitcases, from the handy shelves inside the closets.
The unit has a luxurious shower and a cute toilet cubicle - separate, but both en-suite. There is also a handy dual-purpose basin which serves the bathroom and kitchenette. Space allowed for only one washbasin, so we chose to position it next to the tea station in a kitchenette-style layout, as we considered this a more hygienic option than using a basin within the toilet space for both personal use and dishwashing.
The addition of a microwave, air-fryer oven, kettle, and small bar fridge elevated the tea station to a mini- kitchenette making the unit SEMI-self-catering and best suited to shorter stays or guests who are comfortable with a compact studio layout. Don't miss the hidden pull-out counter-top for extra workspace!
