Woodlands Villa is situated on a strawberry farm amidst farmlands in Geelhoutboom, George.
Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast or need a luxurious space to unwind and relax. Woodlands’ idilic spaces is a place that will leave you wanting more.
OUTSIDE
Woodlands Villa has a large manicured garden overlooking the Outeniqua Mountain range. A fire pit with wooden loungers sits in the heart of the garden, perfect for an afternoon braai. The garden has a ground level trampoline and outdoor dining set. The property has a private dam for guests to enjoy swimming, canoeing and fishing.
THE PATIO
Our sweeping covered patio wraps right around the house and faces out onto the front garden. Come rain or shine the patio is the perfect space to unwind and take in the view. The patio has sun loungers, benches, a dining table and barbecue. There are also free weights and additional wood storage on the far side of the patio.
ROOMS
The house has three ensuite bedrooms with emperor king beds, which can be split into three-quarter beds upon request. The bathrooms have both freestanding baths and detached showers. All our bedrooms have smarts tv's connected to DSTV and streaming platforms. The fourth bedroom is a study room which features a small library and three-quarter bed. Here you will also find games and kids entertainment.
THE HOUSE
Both living rooms and kitchen have a free-standing fireplace. Foodies are bound to fall in love with our lavishly equipped kitchen boasting various electrical appliances, gas-electric oven, coffee machine, cooking essentials, filtered water fridge/freezer and more.
We have a self-service honesty bar with various liquors as well as a wine rack with a selection of white and red wines.
SERVICING
Vivian our housekeeper services the house daily, excluding Sundays. She is is also available for washing and ironing needs. Patrick who maintains the exterior of the property is available to wash your car, bicycles and any other outdoor equipment.
