About

When you first approach what is now often referred to as “Strawberry Country,” you will be astounded by the seemingly endless rows of strawberry plants that line Geelhoutboom Road. You may buy a ticket to ride a pony at the Farm Stall, and then follow the signs down to the field where the ponies are kept. The resident ponies at our stable are highly sociable and they like giving youngsters rides on their backs.

During the time that the kids are on the ride, you may take in the breathtaking views of the Outeniqua Mountains that are around you. Then you may continue on to the other activities, letting the kids play in the outdoor playground, feed the bunnies, ride a train thru the strawberry fields, go strawberry picking in the fields, or try floating on water in a Bubble Ball. Strawberry and other farm-fresh food items may be found on the shelves and in the deli of the Farm Stall.

Strawberry punnets at discount pricing, ?strawberry jam, strawberry liqueur,?strawberry syrup, and many more preserves are available at Redberry Farm to help you deal with any post-Redberry Farm withdrawal symptoms.
